Job description
Kay Jewelers is looking for dynamic, driven and creative individuals to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. You will assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on achieving sales and profit projections while ensuring total customer satisfaction.
You will develop team members through training, participate in recruiting and enforcing policies, and contribute to operational and strategic duties.
