Job description
Kay Jewelers in Bloomington, IL is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales goals, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. Reporting to the District Manager, you will coach and develop the team, oversee inventory, scheduling, visuals, and brand standards, and partner with leadership to maximize profitability.
Base pay is $50,000–$67,800 plus commission; jewelry retail leadership is preferred.
