Job description
Brilliant Earth is seeking a Store Manager, Jewelry to lead our San Jose showroom team and drive sales targets while delivering an exceptional luxury customer experience.
You will recruit, coach, and schedule a high-performing crew, own store operations, and partner cross-functionally to optimize outcomes. This in-person role requires a Tuesday–Saturday schedule and a strong business acumen.
