Job description
Kay Jewelers is seeking a Store Manager to lead a single-store operation, driving sales, profitability, inventory control and a best-in-class customer experience. You will coach a team, execute brand standards, and ensure a welcoming environment.
Reporting to the District Manager, you will balance people development with operational excellence, schedule management, and execution of marketing initiatives. Experience in retail jewelry is a plus.
