Job description
Kay Jewelers is seeking a Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a single store, drive sales, profitability, inventory control, brand representation, and team member growth and development.
Reporting to the District Manager, the Store Manager will create a People First environment, build lifelong customer relationships, coach staff, manage scheduling, and ensure exceptional service, visuals, and marketing execution across opening and closing shifts.
