Job description
Kay Jewelers, part of Signet Jewelers, seeks a Store Manager to lead a single store’s daily operations, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer service. You will coach staff, manage inventory and visuals, and uphold the brand’s People First culture in a dynamic retail setting.
Reporting to the District Manager, you will model professionalism, develop talent, and optimize scheduling while achieving targets and maintaining a best-in-class customer experience across all interactions.
