Job description
Signet Jewelers in Farmington, CT is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and ensure profitability while delivering outstanding customer service. You will develop staff through training and evaluation, recruit and schedule team members, manage the P&L, and enforce company policies.
This role requires retail management experience and flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends; base pay plus commission and a full benefits package.
