Job description
Kay Jewelers in Little Rock, AR, seeks a Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a single store, drive sales and profitability, manage inventory, and develop a high-performing team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
Reporting to the District Manager, the SM will coach staff, maintain brand representation, and ensure inclusion while achieving growth targets and ensuring operational excellence across schedules, training, and visual merchandising.
