Job description
Kay Jewelers, part of Signet Jewelers, is seeking a Store Manager in North Little Rock to lead daily store operations, drive sales, manage inventory, and coach a diverse team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
Reporting to the District Manager, you will set performance goals, coach staff, ensure brand standards, and optimize visual merchandising while upholding company policies and ethics across shifts and peak periods.
