This is a remote position.

General Description

We areseekinga detail-oriented and results-drivenAmazon E-commerce Specialistto manage andoptimizeour presence on the Amazon marketplace. The ideal candidate willbe responsible forproduct listings, advertising campaigns, sales analytics, and overall account management. This role requires a deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive growth through data-driven strategies.

Job Responsibilities

Product Listing &Optimizations

Create, manage, andoptimizeproduct listings, titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords.

Conduct keyword research to improve organic search ranking and visibility.

Manage product variations, images, and A+ content to enhance conversion rates.

Advertising & Promotions

Plan, execute, andoptimizeAmazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).

Monitoradspend and adjust bids tomaximizeROI.

Develop promotional strategies, deals, and coupons to increase product visibility and sales.

Inventory & Fulfillment Management

Oversee FBA and FBM inventory, ensuring stock availability and avoiding overstock or stockouts.

Coordinate with suppliers andlogisticsteams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Manage shipment creation andmonitorAmazon fulfillment metrics.

Sales & Performance Analysis

Track andanalyzekey performance metrics such as sales trends, conversion rates,ACoS(Advertising Cost of Sales), andTACoS(Total Advertising Cost of Sales).

Prepare regular reports and recommend strategies to improve performance.

Conduct competitor and market analysis toidentifygrowth opportunities.

Account & Compliance Management

Monitor account health and ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies and guidelines.

Address performance notifications, product suspensions, or customer complaints.

Handle customer feedback, reviews, and inquiries professionally.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with the marketing, creative, and operations teams to align strategies.

Recommend improvements for product positioning, branding, and pricing strategies.

Stay updated with the latest Amazon trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Conduct product research analytics on e-commerce platforms toidentifyprofitable opportunities.

Oversee product procurement and sourcing to support Amazon listings.

Collaborate with digital marketing specialists to plan and execute Amazon strategies.

Apply graphic design strategies tooptimizeproduct listings and enhance brand presentation.

Serve as a full end-to-end expert for Amazon product research, listing, andoptimization.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field (preferred).

3+ years of proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts.

A strongtrack recordin Amazon Pay-Per-Click campaign management, listingoptimization, and driving sales growth.

Experience with FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) and FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) processes.

Proficiencyin Amazon SEO, keyword research, and analytics.

Knowledge of tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout,Sellics, or similar platforms.

Experience with data analysis, reporting, and Excel/Google Sheets/Sharepoints.

Strongorganizationaland time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and within a cross-functional team.

Familiarity with Amazon policies, guidelines, and account health management.

Up-to-datewith e-commerce trends, Amazon algorithm updates, and marketplace best practices.
