nNetwork 1 Inc is looking for a passionate and motivated Job Coach to join our team in Lawndale, CA! nResponsibilities:
nProvide one-on-one job coaching and career counseling to clients seeking employment
nAssist clients with resume writing, cover letter development, and job application processes
nConduct mock interviews and provide constructive feedback to improve interview skills
nDevelop individualized employment plans tailored to each client's skills, goals, and needs
nBuild and maintain relationships with local employers to identify job placement opportunities
nMonitor client progress and provide ongoing support during job search and onboarding
nMaintain accurate case notes and documentation in compliance with program requirements
nRequirements:
nExperience in job coaching, workforce development, career counseling, or a related field
nStrong knowledge of local job market, employment resources, and community services
nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills
nAbility to work with diverse populations, including individuals with barriers to employment
nProficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software
nBachelor's degree in social services, human resources, or a related field preferred
nValid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required
