n nWork Schedule: Various schedules available including full time, part time and relief. Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 3:30 pm
nA Day in the Life of a Job Coach:
nIn this vital role, you will support participants in successfully preparing for and/or maintain competitive community integrated employment.
nnnWork with participants to develop work habits like punctuality, hygiene, productivity, etc. that are necessary to obtain and maintain employment
n
nnModels appropriate work behavior
n
nnTransports participants to and from work sites
n
nnProvides accurate information to the Program Supervisor and Case Manager about the participants progress
n
nnMay perform job tasks along with participants
n
nnUses resources to assist participants with employment/job exploration and discovery
n
nnCompletes documentation as needed
n
n nWho We are Looking For :
nnnHigh School Diploma or GED
n
nnExcellent communication skills
n
nnOne year of work experience working with individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities and/or in a vocational rehabilitation setting preferred.
n
nnMust possess a valid NYS Driver's License that meets agency driver standards.
