Job Coach - PAL
Salary Range $21.35 - $21.35 Hourly Position Type Full Time Education Level High School
Location: Rolling Meadows, IL
Hours: Full-Time Monday -Thursday 7:45am - 4:00pm & Friday 7:45am - 2:00pm
Pay: $21.35/hr, PAID Training

Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing and implementing programming that promotes client independence, adult living, self sufficiency, acquisition of functional skills according to level of ability and individual program plan.
Provide hands-on assistance to clients with physical disabilities in the areas of feeding, toileting, etc.
Transport clients to and from the day program in the morning and afternoon
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license required
Must be 21 years of age
Must be able to lift 50lbs
