Job Coach - Western Row Campus, Mason
We are seeking a dependable, responsible, and caring individual to support students with disabilities at job sites while also serving as a certified van driver . This role involves mentoring students, providing job site assistance, and ensuring safe transportation . The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with disabilities, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to follow directions effectively . Responsibilities include providing on-site coaching, collaborating with employers and educators, maintaining a safe environment, and ensuring timely student transportation . The candidate must be adaptable to different job site requirements, follow all transportation and safety regulations, and be willing to obtain van driver certification if not already certified .
