E-Billing AssistantThe Columbia, South Carolina office of Nelson Mullins, an AmLaw 100 law firm, is seeking an E-Billing Assistant with 3+ years of experience to join our growing team.A Day in the LifeThe Accounting Department handles the needs of our law offices across the country. You'll join a supportive team that thrives on communication, accuracy, and a desire to serve their clients well! You will submit electronic invoices (LEDES) via BillBlast or manually via client specific e-billing sites. You'll also communicate directly with our attorneys and their administrative assistants, to assure special e-billing requirements are met.We Know YouYou know how to utilize your billing experience to help the team successfully reach the finish line. You're proficient in Excel and Outlook, and have strong written and verbal communication skills. You're a multitasking expert, who puts customer service above all else and understands that organization, attention to detail, and professionalism are the keys to success. You're a team player with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
