Job File CoordinatorServpro of Milwaukee North is hiring a Job File Coordinator!Servpro of Milwaukee North offers:Competitive compensationSuperior benefitsCareer growth opportunitiesProfessional training and developmentPaid time offFree uniforms401(k) matchingHealth, Dental, and Vision InsuranceCompany partiesAs a Job File Coordinator, you will assist the reconstruction team in successfully completing projects!Key responsibilities include:Complete internal job file quality reviewsAudit estimates and maintain an upload processHelp Project Managers coordinate subcontractors and job schedulingDaily contact with property owners, subcontractors, and insurance personnelWeekly meetings with Project Managers to discuss projectsOffice administrative duties such as preparing email and written correspondencePerform detailed and accurate data entryAssist other departments, as neededSkills/Physical Demands/Competencies:This is a largely sedentary role in an office environment. However, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawCompensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
