We got to the top by empowering our team members to do what's right for our customers, while providing state-of-the-art equipment and growth opportunities for those that aspire to do more!We're looking for candidates that exhibit a strong work ethic, dependability and who also believe in our company values.Why Should you Apply at MEC?4 - 10 hour Shifts, M-Th (OT available); 4:00am – 2:30pm OR 2:30pm - 1:00amCompetitive WagesQuarterly BonusesState of the art equipment/machines401K MatchOn Site Health CenterBenefits starting after only 30 daysContinuous Learning OpportunitiesPaid skilled trades boot campsResponsibilitiesA role like this comes with some important responsibilities, some of those responsibilities include:Loads and moves materials to work area.Package parts with protective material for shipments per setup or Engineering remarksApplies masking to articles.Cleans and prepares surface of articles to be painted.May operate SST-Ecoat system load control panel.Racks workpieces on conveyor; and inspects, and transfers finished pieces into or out of department.May perform inventory transactions.Cleans work area.Performs other routine duties.Perform basic functions on a computer database.QualificationsWhat Does It Take to Be a Fit for This Role?Having manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.Ability to understand work orders and follow instructions.Ability to understand and follow at MEC safety policies and procedures.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs at a time. This position involves a lot of bending, twisting and lifting.
