TITLE: IT Director (hybrid role)
INDUSTRY: Manufacturing
LOCATION: Dallas, TX

SUMMARY:
Design, develop, and implement a companywide IT strategy (i.e., systems, policies, and initiatives) to enhance operational efficiencies and help the company to continue to grow
Lead strategic initiatives and drive innovation across the IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, AI, technology investments, etc.
Lead/coach/mentor the company's IT team
REQUIREMENTS:
15 years of senior management experience in IT
8 years of experience with manufacturing IT systems (i.e., MES, ERP, automation, plant floor technologies, etc.)
Must have expertise across IT infrastructure, business intelligence, cybersecurity, AI, and application development
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or a similar field is required
Master's degree in computer science or computer engineering is preferred
Strong leadership and project management skills
