Dispatcher PositionChristian Heating Cooling Plumbing & Electrical is looking for a detail-oriented Dispatcher to coordinate service calls and ensure excellent customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating service calls, ensuring timely responses to customer needs, and optimizing technician schedules for maximum efficiency. You will be the key point of contact between customers and our field technicians, making strong communication and problem-solving skills essential.This is a fast-paced position that requires multitasking, quick decision-making, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in dispatching, customer service, or scheduling in a home services industry setting.Responsibilities:Working our 10am-6pm shift, with rotating weekends.Schedule and dispatch residential service technicians for heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical jobs.Communicate with homeowners to confirm appointments, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.Prioritize urgent service calls and optimize technician routes for efficiency.Maintain accurate records of work orders, customer requests, and job progress.Work closely with technicians and managers to streamline scheduling and improve service response times.Qualifications:Experience in dispatching, scheduling, or customer service (home service industry preferred).Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent phone and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.Ability to think quickly and problem-solve under pressure.Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services (preferred but not required).Proficiency in dispatching software and Microsoft Office.What We Offer:Competitive pay and benefits, including health and retirement plans.Opportunities for career growth within a growing company.A supportive, family-oriented team environment.Stability with an established and trusted home service company.Christian Heating Cooling Plumbing may conduct a preemployment background check and drug test, subject to applicable law.Posted Min Pay RateUSD $20.00/Hr.Posted Max Pay RateUSD $24.00/Hr.
