$50k-$150k/year (hourly base + uncapped commission)
Top techs consistently earn $55+/hr

What You’ll Do
You’ll be the expert homeowners rely on for clean, professional installs:
Install and repair water heaters, sewer systems, and plumbing equipment
Perform residential drain cleaning, repair, and installation
Diagnose plumbing issues and provide solutions
Install and repair pipes, valves, drains, and fixtures
You’ll have the support, tools, and autonomy to do the job right.
What You Bring
We’re looking for installers who take pride in their craft:
2+ years of plumbing installation experience
Drain installation knowledge
Ability to lift and work with heavy equipment
Comfortable working outdoors
Strong communication skills
Basic computer/tablet proficiency
Flexible availability
