Client Care CoordinatorPay Rate: $30.00 Per Hour Location: 777 Brickell Ave Miami, FL 33131 Hours: 8-5pm Start/End Dates: 3/17/2026 - 5/18/2026 Remote/Hybrid/In-Person: In-Person Mon - FriThis role requires STRONG InDesign experience please describe your proficiency and how you utilized the tool in a past role if you have:Summary: As a Client Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering client requirements by collaborating with multiple internal teams.Resource's typical working day:Following up with brokersComfortable with numbers and putting together Offering MemorandumsOrdering signage for propertiesPutting together tour books and OMsPutting together email marketing campaignsWill actively be using InDesign, photoshop and illustrator - Approximately 80% of the timePrevious commercial real estate experience would make for a top candidateYears of Experience needed: 3+ years of experience is requiredLevel of Education: H.S DiplomaSystems/Software proficiencies: 2 years of InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite experience is preferred photoshop and illustrator experience would be preferredTop 5 Must have Skills:CommunicationDependableCreativeAttention to Detail - Very importantProfessional DemeanorTop 3 Nice to have Skills: Previous commercial real estate experience would be AMAZING! Along with an associate or bachelor's degreeInterview Process: 1 In-person Interview
