nThe Practice Environment
nThe Bluefield opportunity is particularly attractive for a dermatologist who values teamwork over silos . With two dermatologists and nine PAs/NPs already practicing within the group, the incoming physician will join a team with significant clinical experience and an established infrastructure.
nOur goal is to make the transition as seamless as possible. The team is committed to providing the incoming dermatologist with the resources, collaboration, and support needed to become an integral part of the practice.
nThe position also provides an opportunity to periodically travel to Radford and Wytheville to help address patient demand and expand access to dermatologic care across the region. Derm One currently maintains established locations in all three communities.
nWhat We're Looking For
nnBoard-certified or board-eligible Dermatologist
nCompletion of an accredited Dermatology residency
nLicensed or eligible for medical licensure in Virginia
nPassion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered dermatologic care
nStrong communication and interpersonal skills
nComfortable working collaboratively with dermatologists, APPs, and clinical support staff
nInterest in practicing broad-spectrum general dermatology
nWillingness to provide periodic coverage in Radford and/or Wytheville as practice needs dictate
n nnQualifications:
Qualifications
nnMD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
nBoard-certified or board-eligible in Dermatology.
nEligible for medical licensure in Virginia.
nStrong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
nExcellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
nInterest or experience in Estetics is a plus, but not required.
