Primary Care - FM, IM or Med-Peds

We offer:
Salary plus value-based incentives and productivity, plus robust benefits options
Generous sign-on bonuses ranging from $20K to $50K (depending on location)

Requirements:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds
Active or eligible for Arizona licensure
Patient-focused, friendly and enjoys a collaborative environment
