Private Concierge Primary Care PracticeLocation: San Francisco (Laurel Heights area)We are looking to connect with qualified healthcare admin professionals who may be considered for future roles at our private concierge primary care practice. By submitting your resume you are expressing interest in being contacted about potential future opportunities that align with your background & experience.Our current job board here with all openings in New York City, Florida, and California.Private Medical has spent the last 20 years creating a new category of concierge medicine — private medicine — by designing a system that honors the relationship between patients, physicians, and each member of the care team.Based in California, New York, and Florida our physician-led teams work in concert with our Gynecologist, Naturopathic Medicine Doctor, curated local specialists, elite medical centers, and specialists around the world, to provide relationship focused, evidence-based, longitudinal care to our members/patients and their families. Private Medical is, by design, privately held and free from any conflicts of interests.What We're Looking For:We are interested in connecting with healthcare admin professionals who:Highly organized, tech-savvy healthcare administrators who thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.Strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and follow through on both immediate and long-term responsibilities.Comfortable working in fully digital, EMR-driven systems and demonstrate a proven commitment to delivering outstanding, relationship-focused service.The ability to combine professionalism and discretion with critical thinking and operational awareness, enabling them to support both patients and physicians at a concierge standard of care.Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT I) required; Medical Assistant certification preferred.At Private Medical, we know that a great experience for patients, physicians, and the entire team transpires when people from different geographies, religions, ethnicities, political affiliations, genders, abilities, and creeds engage in collaboration.
