We are currently seeking experienced caregivers and Home Care Aides (HCA) who are dependable, compassionate, and dedicated to improving the lives of seniors in our community.If you have hands-on caregiving experience, reliable transportation, and a passion for helping others remain safe and comfortable at home, we would love to hear from you.Areas We ServeWe are currently hiring caregivers to assist clients in:Costa MesaNewport BeachFountain ValleyIrvineSanta AnaOrangeCaregiver ResponsibilitiesAs a caregiver, you will provide meaningful support that helps seniors maintain independence and quality of life in the comfort of their homes. Daily responsibilities may include:Assisting clients with personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene supportProviding mobility and transfer assistance using proper body mechanics and equipmentExperience using Hoyer lifts and gait belts preferredSupporting bedridden clients and providing incontinence carePreparing meals and assisting with feeding when neededEngaging clients through conversation, companionship, walks, games, hobbies, and daily activitiesMonitoring and documenting clients’ physical, emotional, and behavioral conditionCommunicating updates with the care team and family members when appropriateQualificationsWe are looking for caregivers who have:Active HCA registrationCurrent Negative Tuberculosis (TB)Valid driver’s license and reliable vehiclePrevious caregiving experience preferredExperience with transfers and mobility assistanceCompassion, patience, and professionalismWillingness to complete ongoing training, including Dementia, Alzheimer, and Parkinson’s careWhy Caregivers Love Working with UsWe are committed to supporting our caregivers both personally and professionally by offering:Competitive pay: $17–$22 per hourFlexible scheduling optionsPaid orientation and trainingPaid sick timeMileage reimbursementReferral bonus opportunitiesCareer growth and continued educationSupportive and team-oriented work environmentOur caregivers are more than employees — they are trusted companions who make a real difference in the lives of seniors and their families every day.About Senior HelpersSenior Helpers is a nationally recognized leader in non-medical in-home senior care.
