Join Lee Health Cancer Institute as a reconstructive plastic surgeon and practice within Southwest Florida's only microvascular program. This opportunity offers complex cases, deep referral networks, and meaningful program contributions within a distinctive microsurgical practice focused on regional cancer care.
Opportunity at a glance: Southwest Florida's only advanced microvascular program, based in a 100,000-square-foot cancer center and supported by three experienced surgeons, 6,900 analytic annual cancer cases, and a 1,200+ provider network spanning 92 locations.

Clinical scope : Perform high-impact reconstructive and free-tissue transfer procedures for complex oncologic reconstruction in collaboration with breast, head and neck, and oncology teams.

Candidate Profile
Candidates should have completed an ACGME-accredited plastic surgery residency and a microvascular reconstruction fellowship, with demonstrated expertise in free-tissue transfer. Board certification or eligibility in plastic surgery is required.
The ideal candidate brings advanced microsurgical skills, sound clinical judgment, collaborative instincts, and an interest in helping to grow a high-impact regional reconstruction program.
Experience in multidisciplinary cancer care, particularly collaboration with breast, head and neck, and oncology teams, will be highly valued.
