Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)Silver Cross Hospital is seeking compassionate, dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our patient-centered care teams. CNAs play a vital role in supporting nursing staff and ensuring that patients receive high-quality, respectful, and safe care throughout their stay. This role is ideal for newly certified CNAs, experienced professionals, and individuals eager to grow within a respected healthcare organization.Key ResponsibilitiesObtain and record vital signs; promptly report changes in patient condition to nursing staffSupport patient comfort, mobility, and safetyProvide compassionate, patient-focused careCollaborate effectively with nurses and interdisciplinary care teamsAdhere to hospital policies, infection control standards, and patient privacy guidelinesQualificationsActive Illinois CNA certification and completion of a CNA certification programHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredMust be 18 years of age or olderCurrent CPR certificationExcellent customer service skills.Ability to care for patients with compassion and maintain quality in a fast-paced environment.Previous hospital experience strongly preferredWork Shift Details:Various, We are hiring full-time and part-time CNAs for both day and night shifts in the following areas: Medical-Surgical Telemetry Observation Unit Neurology Oncology Inpatient Surgical Post-Op
