We're seeking a dedicated Journey-Level Pipefitter who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to our world-class manufacturing team.What You Get To DoCut, fit, and install pipe systems for custom industrial machines and process skidsJoin pipe by means of threading, soldering, brazing, MIG, TIG, and FCAW welding techniquesRead and work from engineer-issued blueprints and fabrication drawingsTravel to local customer sites in the Rochester area, with occasional overtime and per diem travel for projects outside the regionOperate material movement equipment to safely lift and position pipes, supports, and heavy machineryInspect pipe systems and identify issues early to ensure work meets quality standardsCollaborate closely with engineers, designers, programmers, planners, project managers, and customersFollow workplace safety procedures, participate in toolbox talks, and report any unsafe conditionsWhat You Bring To The TeamJourney-level pipefitting experience with a completed apprenticeship program or minimum of 10-15 years of experienceSkill in pipe joining techniques such as threading, soldering, brazing, and welding (MIG, TIG, FCAW); holding a 6G pipe welder certification is advantageousStrong blueprint reading skills and trade mathematicsOSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferredCDL Class A license preferredPhysical ability to perform pipefitter tasks including working from heights and confined spacesAvailability for a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, 6:30am to 2:30pm, with flexibility for overtime and travel.The hourly rate for this position is $30 - $45. This range represents the Company's good faith estimate of the base compensation for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location. In addition to hourly rate, this role may be eligible for annual incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives, subject to Company plans.
