The Journey Person reads and interprets blueprints to ensure the quality and safety of the final product and to order materials needed for the project. The hourly range is $38-$50 DOE. Additional supplemental insurance benefits including Hospital Indemnity, Accident, Critical Illness, Life and AD&D Insurance may be purchased through CCI's policy with The Hartford at your own expense.401K: CCI has a 401K program to assist employees in saving for retirement. Employees are eligible to designate how much they would like to contribute to their 401K account starting their first day of work. CCI offers a 401k match program, matching up to 4% of the employee's annual pay.Cell Stipend: You are eligible to receive a $500/year cell phone stipend, paid quarterly at the end of each quarter. You must be employed during the entire quarter to be eligible for that period.
