Journeyman Data Manager

In this role you will Perform assessment process support and data collection across the Mission Assurance enterprise

Perform analytical exploitation of assessment data to identify trends, patterns, and enterprise-level insights

Support collection, aggregation, normalization, and analysis of Mission Assurance assessment data

Perform data quality checks, validation, and consistency reviews

Support data workflows within Government-directed enterprise data platforms (e.g., Palantir Foundry)

Additional duties as assigned

Experience Requirements: 3-10 years in any career field, discipline, or industry

Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry data pipelines and ontology management preferred

Background in data engineering, ETL processes, or database management preferred

Experience working in classified data environments preferred

Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) in any field

Certification Requirements: Palantir Foundry Data Engineer Certification (required)

Security Clearance Requirements: Active/current Top Secret (TS) clearance on Day 1 of performance

Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI and TS/SCI with Caveats

U.S. Citizenship required

Other Requirements: Ability to work 100% on-site within a Government SCIF during core duty hours

CONUS travel may be required (coordinated with the Government at least 10 calendar days prior)

OCONUS travel may be required (e.g., EUCOM/PACOM AOR support; coordinated at least 20 calendar days prior, with Theater Business Clearances)

Local travel within the National Capital Region may be required

Trip and After-Action Reports are required following each trip

May be required to move equipment/files weighing up to 50 pounds

May require sedentary work at least 50% of the time

Reports to a physical location which occasionally requires the ability to traverse between buildings

Ability to manage stress with a high degree of maturity/professionalism

Demonstrated critical thinking and leadership skills and the ability to work well with others

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Position is Contingent on Contract Award

The anticipated compensation range for this position is $100,000-300,000. Multiple considerations are taken into account when determining the final salary/hour rate, including but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, education and certifications, relevant work experience, related skills and competencies, as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
