Manufacturing ElectricianManufacturing Electrician $50.00/hr.Who We Are Looking For:We are currently looking for a Manufacturing Electrician to be based out of Pendleton, Oregon Reporting to our Maintenance Manager. This person will perform skilled preventative and corrective electrical maintenance to equipment and associated manufacturing systems.What You'll Do:Additional Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Able to test, locate, and repair trouble in electrical circuits and equipment; perform electronic equipment repair and troubleshooting; repair and replace broken or defective parts; repair electrical motors, parts, wiring and other electrical devices.Utilize knowledge of principles, methods and equipment in the installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems and electronic equipment.Capable of reading and interpreting drawings, specifications and manuals.Work within team environment with minimum supervision.Exercise judgment and initiative within established guidelines.Aid maintenance personnelPerform other duties as assigned by supervisor.What You'll Bring:High school diploma requiredMinimum: Oregon Manufacturing Plant Journeyman license or higher.3 years of experience doing electrical maintenance in an industrial/ manufacturing environment.Knowledge of Rockwell Automation PLC ControlsProficient with VFDsMust have strong Mechanical and/or Electrical skill setsKnowledge of relevant state and federal regulations, codes and ordinances pertaining to the work safety practices, safe work methods and safety regulations pertaining to the work.Understand and effectively carry out oral and written instructions.Experience and knowledge of Lean Daily Management principles preferredComputer skills in Excel, Word, Power Point and MS Project preferredAll associates must embrace and foster and environment that supports our core values of Integrity, Respect, Excellence, Teamwork and Accountability.Within 3 months, you'll:You will be well versed in our safety CultureYou will understand the expectations of the jobYou will be able to perform the core tasks of your positionWho We Are:Atkore is a six-time Great Place to Work© certified company and a four-time Top Workplaces USA award winner! Placement in the range depends on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs and may change over time.
