Pay: $28.00 to $32.00/hour (Approx. $58,240-$66,560/year) + Overtime
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, starting at 7:00 AM
Location: El Paso, TX (Relocation required from Birmingham, AL)
Amazing Relocation & Bonus Package:
Up to $3,000 relocation reimbursement (with receipts)
$650 monthly housing assistance for 3 months
$3,000 Total Bonus: $1,500 at 90 days and $1,500 at 180 days
The Role:
You will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems. This includes reading blueprints/schematics, installing conduit, completing wire pulls, performing preventive maintenance, and working with three-phase circuits, generators, transformers, and switchgear under NEC, OSHA, and lockout/tagout safety requirements.What You Need:
Minimum 5 years of industrial electrical experience (No apprentice electricians).
Valid Journeyman Electrician license (TX or NM accepted; out-of-state must be eligible for TX license).
Completed electrical apprenticeship.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Authorized to work in the United States and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
No IEC or license sponsorship is available.
