Journeyman ElectricianOur client is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Journeyman Electrician to join their growing team and take the lead on commercial and residential electrical projects across the Quad Cities area. Join a crew that respects the trade, supports your growth, and puts your skills to work in a way that makes a difference.Responsibilities:Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and occasional industrial settingsRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagramsTroubleshoot electrical problems using appropriate testing devicesEnsure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulationsAbility to mentor an apprentice and work in pairs or groupsMaintain a clean and safe job siteCoordinate with team members, general contractors, and clients as neededComplete daily documentation and communicate progress to supervisorsQualifications:Valid State of Iowa Journeyman Electrician License (License A or B)3+ years of hands-on electrical experience preferredStrong working knowledge of NEC and local electrical codesOSHA 10-Hour Certification requiredAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentsValid driver's license and clean driving recordStrong work ethic, dependability, and a commitment to safetyProficiency with Field Pulse or other ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems preferredBenefits:Simple IRA with up to 3% company matchCompany Vehicle ProvidedPartially Paid Health InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO)Tuition Assistance – Full 4-Year Program CoverageVery Little Travel – Over 90% Local WorkNo Swing Shifts – Consistent Daytime Hours$35 - $40 an hour
