Journeyman ElectricianI am looking for an experienced Residential and Commercial Journeyman Electrician who has the ability to work independently. Must have a valid driver's license.
Responsibilities:
Repairs, maintenance, new installations, rewires, and new construction. Due to the high amount of risk pertaining to this job, electricians must be first and foremost responsible individuals with great attention to safety precautions. The ideal candidate must be experienced in different kinds of electrical devices and systems.Skills:Proven experience as an electricianExperience in residential and commercial electrical systemsDemonstrable ability to use electrical and hand tools (e.g. wire strippers, voltmeter etc.) and electrical drawings and blueprintsThorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelinesExcellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilityExcellent physical condition and flexibility to work long shifts and overnightDiploma in relevant vocational training or successfully completed apprenticeship as an electricianValid license to practice profession
