Journeyman Electrician – Power Commercial, Industrial, and Residential Projects with Elite Electrical ContractorsYou will drive field operations across diverse electrical installations while delivering high-quality service to the local community. This role empowers you to apply your technical expertise in a supportive, family-owned environment that prioritizes your career growth. You will take ownership of varied projects while working alongside a collaborative team committed to craftsmanship.Execute precision electrical installations across residential, commercial, and industrial job sites.Troubleshoot complex wiring, control systems, and power distribution components efficiently.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite to protect crew members and property.Communicate professionally with customers to explain technical details and ensure satisfaction.Perform specialized work on solar power systems and elevator controls as needed.Uphold strict safety guidelines including Fall Protection, lift usage, and OSHA standards.Valid Journeyman Electrician License for the State of Wisconsin.Comprehensive technical knowledge across residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems.Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of positive customer interactions.High degree of self-motivation, honesty, dependability, and professional site cleanliness.Willingness to travel up to 10% for regional project assignments.Wisconsin Journeyman Electrician Certification from an accredited trade program.2+ years experience with active journeyman license.Prior experience with solar energy systems or elevator electrical controls is a plus.Competitive hourly pay with a bi-weekly pay cycle and overtime potential.Annual bonus eligibility and referral bonus program.Limited health coverage for active employees401(k) retirement savings program with employer matching.Paid time off covering holidays, vacation, and sick leave.Travel per diem provided for overnight project assignments.Provided tech package including a smartphone or tablet.Provided safety equipment, personal protective equipment, and company uniforms.Paid training programs and certification assistance for OSHA, Fall Protection, and lifts.Annual company trips, outings, and local community volunteer events.Elite Electrical Contractors is a growing, family-owned and operated company and the largest non-union electrical contractor in Central Wisconsin.
