Journeyman Electrician – Multifamily ConstructionBigFoot Staffing is partnering with an established electrical and mechanical contractor to hire Oregon-licensed Journeyman Electricians for multifamily new-construction projects throughout the Willamette Valley.This is an excellent opportunity for experienced electricians seeking steady work, competitive pay, strong benefits, and opportunities to expand their skills with a growing contractor.Compensation: $45–$48 per hour, depending on experienceWhat You'll DoInstall electrical distribution equipment, services, and panelsInstall underground and in-ground conduit systemsInstall lighting and lighting-control systemsInstall wiring systems, including NMB, MC, single-conductor cable, EMT, PVC, and rigid conduitInstall low-voltage systemsTroubleshoot and repair electrical wiring, lighting, and devicesRead and interpret complex blueprints, sketches, schematics, and wiring diagramsOperate hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and testing instrumentsInstall and repair electrical connections to HVAC componentsFollow applicable electrical codes, safety requirements, and project specificationsCoordinate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and other tradesWhat We're Looking ForCurrent Oregon Journeyman Electrician licenseExperience with commercial or multifamily new construction preferredAbility to read construction drawings and electrical plansWorking knowledge of electrical systems, installation methods, and applicable codesAbility to work safely and productively in an active construction environmentBasic English proficiency sufficient to understand safety requirements, follow instructions, and communicate with coworkers, vendors, and contractorsBenefitsAffordable medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and their families401(k) retirement plan with a 3% employer matchSix paid holidays and paid time offEmployer-paid life and AD&D insuranceInternal training and professional-development opportunitiesBonus programReady to Apply?Apply today to connect with the BigFoot Staffing team and learn more about this opportunity.
