The Opportunity:
You will serve as a key field electrician delivering high-quality residential and commercial electrical services directly across customer job sites. This role provides the independence to manage electrical projects autonomously while representing a company dedicated to your professional advancement. You will play a vital role in building customer trust and expanding Naugle's electrical division.
How You Will Make an Impact:
Execute residential and commercial electrical installation, diagnostic, and repair work independently on customer job sites.
Troubleshoot complex wiring, power distribution, and electrical systems efficiently while adhering to all safety protocols.
Prepare accurate job estimates and detailed cost quotes for residential service work and system upgrades.
Provide clear communication to homeowners and commercial clients regarding diagnostic findings and proposed solutions.
Deliver work directly at designated locations on schedule with exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Partner with field team members to foster a positive, productive, and growth-oriented work environment.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical installations and diagnostics.
Strong background primarily focused on residential electrical service work.
Self-starter capable of driving directly to job sites, working independently, and maintaining reliable punctuality.
Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude and a solid work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Licensed Journeyman Electrician card or apprentice nearing eligibility to test.
4 years of hands-on electrical field experience.
Proven experience preparing job estimates, scopes, and customer quotes in the field.
