Job description
Servi-Tek Engineering is currently seeking a BOMA Certified Journeyman to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for an experienced building engineer with a strong understanding of commercial facility operations, preventive maintenance, and building systems.
Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems
Conduct daily inspections and log operational data
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes
Respond to service calls and troubleshoot building system issues
Collaborate with property management and tenants to deliver high-quality service
Support sustainability and energy-efficiency initiatives
REQUIRED:
Active BOMA Journeyman Certification required
Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial building operations
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52.55 per hour
