Ironworker PositionWe are searching for experienced and reliable ironworkers for various structural and miscellaneous steel erection projects in:Grand Junction, Montrose, and Durango, Colorado; NM and AZ opportunities also available. Start October 2025 into end of year. Work will continue into 2026.Pay is top wage DOE (Depending on Experience) PREVAILING WAGE OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE Must be willing to travel.ResponsibilitiesAssist General Foreman in daily construction activities to ensure: Safety, Quality, Schedule, ProfitabilityResponsible for completing tasks related to steel erectionCoordinate with General Foreman on a daily basisAble to work with others to complete tasksAble to work out of town from week to weekAbility to understand and execute drawingsQualificationsBe able to pass a background check to work on certain projectsMust have experience reading blueprints5-7+ years experience in tradeQualified Rigger/SignalmanCertified welder (3G & 4G SMAW)Certified Forklift & Lift OperatorSelf-starter, highly motivated with leadership skillsKnowledgeable with all safety and PPE equipment for the purpose intendedReliable transportation to and from projectsPersonal bank account for direct depositsDriver's license or acceptable form of identificationFlexible work from home options available.Compensation: $25.00 - $29.00 per hourSEAA is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to the advancement of steel industry professionals.
