The City of St. Charles is seeking a full-time Journeyman Lineworker to join our municipal electric utility team. Located between Rochester and Winona, St. Charles offers stable municipal employment in a welcoming community that is a great place to put down roots and raise a family.
2026 Salary: $76,710-$85,217, depending on qualifications and experience.

The position maintains, repairs, and installs overhead and underground electric distribution systems and responds to outages.
