Journeyman or Residential Journeyman Electrician PositionJourneyman or Residential Journeyman Electrician Position: Journeyman or Residential Journeyman Electrician Hours: Full time, hourly, 40 hours per week Pay: $30.21/hr - $32.36/hr depending on licensure Location: In Person Reports to: Electrical Coordinator Position Summary: The Journeyman or Residential Journeyman Electrician is responsible for ensuring the safe, code-compliant, and efficient installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of solar PV systems, energy storage, and related electrical infrastructure. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and leadership in regulatory compliance and safety practices.Key Responsibilities:Solar Power System Troubleshooting and MaintenanceRegulatory Expertise and Risk ManagementJob PreparednessSafety LeadershipCommunication and CollaborationOrganizational Systems and ImprovementOther: Support adherence to Ethos internal policies, laws, and regulations. Must be comfortable working on rooftops and at height. Ability to sit at a desk and use a computer for prolonged periods. Flexibility and resilience to adapt to varied work environments.
