Licensed Oregon Journeyman PlumberFast Home Services is on the lookout for a driven licensed Oregon Journeyman Plumber to join our expanding team serving all over the Portland area!PLEASE Note: Monday Tech Meetings are held at our Troutdale, OR warehouse, attendance is required.Our Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, a 401K matching program, Paid holidays, and Paid Time Off. Candidates should also have a safe place to park our company truck during off-hours. Will perform background checks and references with offer of employment.Employee will perform the following job duties. Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with us without notice.Evaluate and engage with customers to expertly diagnose, troubleshoot, and undertake a wide range of residential plumbing issues.Adhere with local and national plumbing codes to ensure all installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks are compliant.Complete physical removal of existing fixtures and installation of new fixtures/systems, using hand tools, soldering, cutting tools, piping, hoses, dollies, parts, etcetera commonly associated with plumbing workPrepare estimates/quotes for installation of replacement water heater and obtain customer's approval to proceed with workAccurately track repairs and work completed in Service TitanProcure customer paymentSubmit required documents, photos, etcetera either electronically or hard copyParticipate in ongoing training opportunities and team meetings to support continuous professional development.Drive Company vehicle to Company assigned locations to obtain required parts and materialsRequirementsPLEASE NOTE: All applicants must be an insurable driver, meaning minimal to no motor vehicle violations within the last 3–5 years. Applicants must possess a current, valid driver's license from Oregon. An exception may be made for candidates holding an out-of-state license, provided they agree to obtain the correct state license within 30 days of their offer acceptance date. Additionally, applicants must be at least 25 years of age and have a minimum of 2 years of driving experience.MUST have an ACTIVE, current Oregon Journeyman Plumber's licenseMust have 2.5+ years of experience in the areas of Plumbing and Water Heater installationExcellent interpersonal communication skills are required as you will be communicating with both customers and internal team membersAble to work independentlyFamiliarity with email, using an iPadAbility to complete job documentation and communicate with team members (Team Leads, Customer Service & Dispatch) as neededFollow all safety procedures and company guidelinesWillingness to train, learn, and keep up to date with the Plumbing BusinessValid and active OR State Driver's LicensePass a drug screen** IF YOU DO NOT POSSESS A JOURNEYMAN PLUMBING LICENSE YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED **
