Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman Plumber to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who values consistent, year-round work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and enjoys solving problems for customers.
You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems while delivering a high level of customer service. This role also offers the opportunity to increase earnings through performance-based incentives—without excessive overtime or weekend work.

Key Responsibilities
Assemble, install, maintain, and test plumbing systems including water, drainage, gas, and heating systems
Diagnose plumbing issues such as leaks, blockages, and system failures, and perform necessary repairs
Install and repair pipes, fittings, valves, fixtures, water heaters, and related equipment
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Locate and mark positions for pipe connections and fixtures
Test plumbing systems for leaks and proper function
Complete work orders, estimate materials, and maintain accurate records of labor and materials
Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory
Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and meet quality standards upon completion
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
Respond to service calls and occasional emergency situations as needed
Stay current with plumbing codes, safety regulations, and best practices
Assist in training and mentoring apprentices and junior plumbers
Schedule & Work Environment
Full-time position with a steady workload
Minimal weekend and after-hours work

Qualifications
Valid Journeyman Plumber license
Proven experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and equipment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
Physical ability to perform plumbing work in various environments
