Job description
Plumbing Maintenance PositionMaintain all plumbing fixtures, equipment, water supply lines, sanitary lines and gas lines. Plan and perform new plumbing for remodel, expansions, renovations and all plumbing Preventive Maintenance Systems. Responsible for a high level of guest service as described in your departments guest service standards.Essential Duties And Responsibilities:Perform preventative maintenance of all plumbing fixturePerform plumbing duties and inspectionsRepair sinks, stools, faucets, drains, traps, sumps and filter systemsPlan and develop recommendations for renovations and expansionsEnsure adherence to Minnesota state codesEstimate costs for projects and expansionsResponsible for inventory control and purchasing of plumbing equipment and suppliesKnowledge And Certification, Skills And Abilities:Knowledge and Certification:High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experienceState of Minnesota Journeyman's licenseValid Driver's License and clean driving recordPreferred:Any certificates or license pertaining to this role such as Master PlumberSkills:Accurate and detail-orientedHighly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing prioritiesStrong mechanical aptitudeAbilities:Ability to work independentlyEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
