Description
Deliver Quality Roofing Work
As a Journeyman Roofer I, you'll apply trade knowledge and installation experience to perform commercial roofing work while supporting safe, productive jobsites.
What You'll Do
Install commercial roofing systems (single-ply, metal, insulated systems as applicable)
Perform flashing, detailing, and terminations
Execute work according to specifications and quality expectations
Read plans and understand basic project layouts
Identify and correct installation deficiencies
Maintain production goals while prioritizing safety
Support Assistant Roofers through guidance and training
Exercise Stop-Work Authority when serious hazards are identified
What We're Looking For
2-4 years commercial roofing experience required
Working knowledge of roofing systems and installation standards
Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work at heights and perform physical labor
