Lead Through Skill and Craftsmanship
The Journeyman Roofer II role is for experienced roofing professionals who independently execute complex work, support crew success, and uphold installation excellence.
What You'll Do
Perform advanced commercial roofing installations and repairs
Execute complex flashing, detailing, and waterproofing work
Interpret drawings and coordinate work sequencing
Mentor Assistant Roofers and Journeyman I employees
Troubleshoot field conditions and installation challenges
Support production planning and material coordination
Maintain quality and safety expectations across assigned work areas
Communicate project needs and progress to leadership
What We're Looking For
4+ years advanced commercial roofing experience
Demonstrated proficiency across roofing systems and details
Ability to independently perform assigned scope
Leadership mindset and mentoring ability
Strong commitment to safety and quality
