The role involves developing Qlik Sense dashboards, analyzing data, identifying trends, supporting reporting needs, and collaborating with team members to deliver data-driven insights using tools like SQL, Python, and AI.
Develop and maintain Qlik Sense dashboards and data visualizations that present information clearly to end-users and support business decision-making.
Assist with analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and potential insights.
Work with team members to understand reporting and data requirements and translate them into dashboards and visualizations.
Perform basic to intermediate data queries, validation, and analysis using SQL and other appropriate tools.
Assist with preparing, cleaning, and organizing data for reporting and visualization.
Support the development and maintenance of BI reports, dashboards, and data products in accordance with established standards.
Help troubleshoot dashboard, reporting, and data-quality issues and elevate more complex issues when needed.
Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to understand data needs and communicate findings clearly.
Use Python, AI tools, and other analytical technologies to support data analysis and improve reporting processes.
Document dashboards, analyses, processes, and other technical information as needed.
Learn and apply established business intelligence, data visualization, and reporting best practices.
Support ad hoc data analysis and reporting requests from team members and leadership.
1–3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, data visualization, or a related field.
Foundational experience with SQL and working with structured data.
Experience with or exposure to Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau, or another BI/data visualization platform.
Basic experience with Python or another programming/scripting language is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to identify trends and communicate data findings in a clear, concise manner.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical team members.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience creating or supporting Qlik Sense dashboards.
Exposure to data modeling, ETL/data preparation, or data warehousing concepts.
Familiarity with AI tools used for data analysis, automation, or productivity.
Experience working with large or complex datasets.
Familiarity with federal government or enterprise BI environments.

The salary range listed for this position represents a general guideline and is not a guarantee of compensation. Disruptive Solutions considers several factors when determining an offer, including the position’s responsibilities, federal contract labor category and applicable contract rates, work location, relevant experience, education, certifications, specialized skills, internal equity, market conditions, and other business considerations. The final salary will be determined following a comprehensive review of the candidate’s qualifications and alignment with the role.
