Job Title: Jr. Field Service Engineer Location: Manassas, VA OR Boise, ID
Description:
We are looking for a junior engineer to support and troubleshoot industrial/semiconductor equipment at customer sites. Recent engineering graduates are welcome.
Responsibilities:
Install, set up, maintain, and troubleshot equipment.
Perform electrical/mechanical troubleshooting and replace defective parts.
Collect equipment data/logs and perform basic analysis.
Follow technical manuals, SOPs, and safety procedures.
Document service activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
Provide hands-on support at customer sites.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Hands-on experience with equipment, machinery, automation, robotics, electronics, or laboratory systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good technical documentation and computer skills.
Comfortable working customer-site based, including shifts/on-call, overtime and occasional weekends.
Up to 15% travel.
