Job description
Entry Level Manual Machinist/ Shop TechPrimary responsibility will be measuring and recording the dimensions of parts that are removed during motor disassembly. Attention to detail and the ability to accurately use measuring tools will be important. In general, the Machine Shop team repairs and manufactures parts using conventional machining tools and equipment.What will I be doing?Using precision measuring instruments and gaugesOperating manual lathes and millsCreating new parts for electric motorsRepairing existing motor partsOperating grinders and other cutting toolsTesting and inspecting parts to ensure they meet required tolerancesMaintaining basic tools and department machineryFollowing company quality and safety requirementsSummary:Weekly PayMedical & Dental Benefits OfferedStarting Pay: $19-$27/hr.
