Job description
Circuit5 is seeking a lawyer to assist the judiciary with legal research and drafting proposed orders and judgments. The role includes drafting memoranda, opinions, orders, and reports, plus reviewing briefs and case files and advising judges on pending litigation.
The position operates under general supervision of the Administrative Judge or designee and requires a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school with Florida Bar admission within a year of hire.
